For his sculptures, created with a melange of petite, paper discs
rendered with graphics and bright hues Jacob Hashimoto employs ancient,
Japanese construction techniques, Western sculpture and painting traditions and
the digital era’s modular language.
An opening reception from 4-7 p.m., Saturday March 11 celebrates
“My Own Lost Romance,” his solo exhibition at the Anglim Gilbert gallery.
